Testimonials
Lovely words from my clients
“Helen is the consummate IT professional. She brings positivity, patience, and great problem-solving skills to everything she does.
From keeping our website and members area updated to guiding our committee through our IT woes. We have worked with Helen on a number of projects, including website and IT management, the delivery of our iPad projects and the full digital rebrand of the charity.
She is organised, professional, and totally dependable. She is a delight to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any future clients or collaborators.”

“I worked with Helen when she was contracted as a PA & Project Manager at NHS Scotland and I couldn’t believe how quickly she got stuck in and overhauled an entire process, pulling the orthodontic and IT departments together to streamline an outdated system.
I still keep in touch with her and would welcome the chance to work with her again.”

Community Coordinator, UK SMART Recovery
“Helen plays a vital role on our team as a volunteer session coordinator, managing sensitive and time-critical requests from hospitals, hospices, and mortuaries. She is responsible for organising photography sessions for babies who have passed away or are receiving end-of-life care.
With great compassion and professionalism, Helen liaises directly with bereaved parents, midwives, and medical staff, offering reassurance and support during incredibly difficult moments. She works closely with our dedicated volunteer photographers, ensuring that each session is arranged with care, respect, and attention to detail.
Helen’s calm and empathetic approach, combined with her strong organisational skills, helps ensure that families receive a gentle and supportive experience during a time of unimaginable loss. Her work is a quiet but essential part of our mission, and we are very happy to have her as part of our team.”

“I’m gonna have to go to Lidl & get some tins of my gin n tonic for £1.29 cos you’re driving me to drink with all this iPad & IT chat, my brain is now mush…by the way, I’d have punched me by now if I was having to train me.
You have the patience of a saint and I’ve learned so much.”

“Helen has been central to the success of our Jotform and Salesforce integration. She created all of our Jotforms from scratch and has worked closely with me and the ShoNet Salesforce team in weekly meetings to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Her attention to detail, clear communication, and technical know-how have made what could have been a very complex process feel seamless. We now have reliable systems in place that save us time and give us confidence in our data – and that’s down to Helen’s hard work and commitment.”

“I am a trustee for a charity that has been using Helen for a number of years and for a variety of reasons, including implementation of a revamped website, switching to a less complex IT management system and continuing with its general management.
The introduction of these new elements involved, to a greater or lesser degree, Helen giving online training to each of our trustees, which she accomplished (and continues to support us) with the minimum of fuss and with endless patience.
She has also undertaken other IT-related tasks on our behalf, most notably giving one-to-one training to many of our members (a lot in their 80’s and 90’s who were coming from a zero baseline of IT knowledge) on how to use technology to enhance their lives. All speak well of her and are thankful they can now keep in contact with family, order goods online etc. Helen is also discreet and I have no hesitation in recommending her.”

“Although Helen and I have never met face to face – I have seen her work at first hand for 5 years as the project director for a series of programmes initiated by the War Widows’ Association, and funded by external grants.
She has procured appropriate equipment, established their individual needs and then supported them from nervous ‘first-timers’ to developing knowledge users. And she has done it all remotely. In addition, she has provided ongoing support to participants of the previous projects, which itself has helped reduce the sense of isolation due to age and infirmity, and as ladies have said “she has become a friend – not just an IT adviser”.
Furthermore, she has provided a supportive ‘on-call’ service, and throughout presented comprehensive monthly reports to the committee.
Finally, she has been the Association web-manager monitoring social forums and ensuring that the committee of volunteer trustees are kept notified of contacts that need to have a response, and provided IT support to the committee themselves.
My visibility of the projects – which were born originally out of the social isolation of Covid – have given me the highest opinion of Helen and her work. Whilst working with the technical challenges of remote-learning– she has been flexible in her approach, understanding and patient of the complex issues many of the participants have faced.”
